“Relational Therapy means that healing happens in relationship — with others, and with ourselves.
I work with people navigating codependency, intergenerational trauma, and deeply embedded patterns shaped by culture, family systems, and shame.
We will work through your story somatically and intuitively — in the body, not just the mind.”
